Short answers about sponsoring and the shop.
Is this an investment?
No. FiberShare is a ranch sponsorship and a shop for physical fiber. You do not buy equity, livestock title, or a right to proceeds. This page is not legal advice.
Do I own a goat?
No. Animals remain with the ranch. A supporter badge is a receipt for support, not a share.
How do I start a sponsorship?
Open Sponsor and pick a plan. Stripe renews until you cancel. PayPal charges once for the month or year you pick.
How do I buy fiber?
Open the shop. Listed products check out with Stripe, PayPal, or USDC. If nothing is listed, email us.
Can I trade badges?
No. A supporter badge is a thank-you receipt. FiberShare does not run, list, price, or match a marketplace for badges.
Where does support go?
Goat care, radio gear, pasture work, and shop operations. We do not promise profit.
What does a collar show?
A virtual position relative to the rest of the herd, plus the last time that collar was heard. The public map does not show GPS coordinates.
Can a student use this site?
No. Students use the herd lesson on hardknox.org. FiberShare accounts are for adults 18 or older.
