BitPrairie LLC, a California limited liability company ("we"), operates FiberShare (the "Service"). Contact: hello@bitprairie.com, legal@bitprairie.com [CREATE], [MAILING ADDRESS]. The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

1. What we collect

Account: name, email, phone (optional), password or sign-in method, notification preferences.
Sponsorship and orders: plan, payment dates and amounts, order history, shipping name and address, and a payment reference from Stripe or PayPal (we do not store full card numbers).
Crypto: if you link or pay with a wallet, your public wallet address and transaction IDs. These are public on the blockchain and we cannot delete them from it.
Messages: emails, support requests, and anything you send to an AI assistant or voice feature. [CONFIRM whether Anthropic, Deepgram, or Cartesia are used in production on the public site. If so, name them and say chats or voice audio are sent to them to generate replies.]
Technical: IP address, device and browser info, logs, and a session cookie. Disclaimer-acceptance records (time, IP, version).
Herd data: collar positions are about animals, not people. We do not publish GPS coordinates.

2. Use

To run accounts, process sponsorships and orders, ship goods, send receipts and renewal notices, provide support, prevent fraud, keep records for tax and law, and improve the Service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers: Cloudflare and [HOST/DB PROVIDER] (hosting and database), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Mailjet (email), Telnyx (SMS), [AI PROVIDERS], [SHIPPING CARRIER], and, for outside-farm orders, the farm you buy from (name, shipping address, and order details so it can ship). Legal disclosures when required. Business transfers.

4. Retention

Account data: while your account is open plus [12] months. Payment and tax records: [7] years. Support and AI chat logs: [90 days]. Disclaimer-acceptance records: for as long as the account exists plus [4] years (the statute-of-limitations period). On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

5. Your California privacy rights

You may ask to know, access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not discriminate against you for asking. We may keep records the law requires, and we cannot change public blockchain records. Email legal@bitprairie.com with the email on your account. Authorized agents may submit with written permission. 6. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies (sign-in and security) and [list any analytics]. No advertising cookies. We do not respond to Do Not Track.

7. Security

HTTPS, access controls, signed sessions, and payment processors certified under PCI DSS. No system is perfectly secure.
